Semper now enters a new phase of growth. In 2026, NightsBridge acquired Semper, aligning two established technology providers with a long-standing relationship and complementary strengths. Semper remains a separate, independent business, with its own leadership, product direction, and customer focus.

This transition is led by CEO Eben Marais, whose experience in hospitality technology and product strategy positions Semper to scale with clarity and purpose. His focus is straightforward: build on what works, strengthen what matters, and ensure Semper continues to deliver practical, high-impact value to the businesses it serves.
